Simon Royer, 23 ans, est étudiant en musique à Paris, France.

Il débute la programmation de mods pour Kerbal Space Program en 2014. Son premier mod, Research Bodies - aujourd'hui maintenu par JPLRepo - nécessite la découverte et l'analyse par télescope des planètes avant qu'ils ne soient disponibles. Avant la publication des traductions officielles de Kerbal Space Program, Simon était le gérant du projet Language Patches, et l'un des traducteurs français.

Il débute la programmation pour Cities:Skylines en 2015, notamment avec les mods MoreTrainTracks - aujourd'hui obsolète, Remove Road Props, Assets Lists, Move It Extra filters - aujourd'hui obsolète. Procedural Objects est publié le 31 juillet 2017.

First mod to ever allow customization of train tracks : removal of catenaries, changing the texture between abandonned/gravel/grass, hence allowing for city trams before the Snowfall DLC was released
