Procedural Objects:2024Status
Procedural Objects 2024 status[edit source]
Update Notice (January 2024) Because Simon Ryr hasn't been around to update Procedural Objects (PO), I, Nyoko, introduced two alternatives to get PO working again in certain situations.
Procedural Objects EPF or Empty Popup Fix and Procedural Objects AidBox.
The first option allows you to get rid of the empty changelog box that was a known issue but was never fixed unfortunately - plus fixes other issues - for full info on that visit its workshop page. The second option is AidBox which enables you to reset some settings as a troubleshooting companion for both EPF and the original PO version.
You don't have to merge to Empty popup fix but it is there. If you experience issues related to null references ModException specifically use AidBox and select 'Start procedure'
Empty Popup fix What's Different? This new version of the PO Empty Popup Fix is tweaked to work better with the latest game updates. It's smoother, fixes some annoying bugs, and should work well until Simon Ryr or an official update comes along.
Why It Matters. I want to make sure PO keeps working for everyone, even if the original creator isn't available. This fix keeps things running smoothly until a proper update happens.
How to Get It You can grab this improved fix from the Workshop. Just install it like any other mod for Cities: Skylines. Make sure it plays nice with any other mods you're using!
Warning: Procedural Objects Empty Popup Fix is incompatible with the original Procedural Objects.
You must unsubscribe from one version before using the other.

PO and its variations do not work on Epic Games or any local version of Cities: Skylines.
